We are located in Playa del Carmen, Quinta Avenida between 38th & 40th street, in the Gonzalo Guerrero neighborhood. Look for the neon sign and the alien in the window.
The shop is small on purpose. If it doesn't earn shelf space, it doesn't get shelf space. The wall behind the counter changes every quarter. Everything else — the papers, the fire, the glass — has been there since day one.

Three people run the shop and the deliveries. All three have been here at least three years. None of them will upsell you.
If you ask a question and one of them doesn't know the answer, they'll say so and figure it out. That's the whole training programme.
